In 2007, John Armeni sought to create a business in which he could use years of expertise to assist clients across the US and the world in their bridge construction needs. He brought to the table 25+ years in the heavy civil bridge industry, 18 years of on-site managing experience and 10+ years of estimating experience on notable bridge projects. Since then, Armeni Consulting has grown to a strong team of 9 engineers, estimators, schedulers, and CAD technicians who have been involved in over 400 construction projects.

Armeni Consulting Services, LLC provides a full range of bridge construction services for owners, designers and contractors throughout North America and select International projects. Detailed contractor-style construction estimates and project scheduling, using the latest software such as HCSS for estimating and Primavera P6 or TILOS for scheduling, are the core services that we provide. We provide these services for all bridge types and specialize in marine, segmental, arch and cable stay construction. Other services such as means and methods of temporary works, constructability reviews of preliminary and final plans, claims and disputes resolution and expert witness testimony are also offered. We also have experience working in a variety of project delivery methods such as Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Armeni Consulting Services has more than one hundred combined years of experience in the heavy civil and bridge industry including fifty years of on-site project engineering and management.
